摘要
为揭示K型小麦恢复系遗传资源的基础,选用了39份K型小麦恢复系材料,对其8个主要农艺性状进行了变异性、相关性和聚类分析。结果表明,39份小麦材料8个主要农艺性状均表现出较大的变异性,以单株粒重变异系数(23.59%)为最大;株高与穗长呈显著正相关,除此之外,还有9对性状达到了极显著正相关水平,而株高与单株穗数、千粒重呈不显著负相关。通过聚类分析,在距离为12.65处,将供试材料分为5个类群:Ⅰ类群包括31个品种,Ⅱ类1个品种为衡4399,Ⅲ类1个品种为泰农2987,Ⅳ类群5个品种,Ⅴ类1个品种为旱优0602-25。划分结果与系谱分析基本一致,并把系谱来源不清的品种划分到相应的杂种优势群。研究结果为新恢复系的选育和现有恢复系的利用提供了理论依据。
To reveal the basis of genetic resources of K-type wheat restorer, eight main agronomic traits of 39 restorer line materials of K-type in wheat were selected for analyzing its variability, correlation and cluster. The results showed that all of the the eight main agronomic traits in 39 wheat materials had great variability, the coefficient of variation per plant grain weight(23.59%) was the greatest, and plant height had significantly positive correlation with spike length, the other nine pairs of traits reached the level of extremely positive correlation, meanwhile the plant height had no significantly negative correlation with the number of spikes per plant and 1000-grain weight. Through the cluster analysis, the test materials were divided into five groups at a distance of 12.65;Group Ⅰ contained 31 varieties, accounting for 79.49% of all tested materials;class Ⅱ one variety( Heng 4399);class Ⅲ one variety(Tainong 2987);group Ⅳ five varieties, accounting for 12.82% of the tested materials;and class Ⅴ one variety( Hanyou 0602-25). The division results were basically consistent with the pedigree analysis, and the varieties with unclear pedigree origin were divided into corresponding heterosis groups.The results provided a theoretical basis for the selection of the new restoration lines and the utilization of the existing restoration lines.
