陕西省子午岭国家自然保护区鞘翅目不同采集方法比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 单一的采集方式,不能反应一个地区的鞘翅目(甲虫)多样性,不同采集时间和方式都对其有影响。本文使用马氏网、飞行阻隔器和扫网法在6-8月对陕西省子午岭国家级自然保护区石灰沟样地鞘翅目昆虫进行采集。结果共采得甲虫15659头,其中马氏网采集到20科1323头,飞行阻隔器采集到30科10330头,扫网法采集到24科4006头。经分析得出以下结论:1、鞘翅目昆虫数量:飞行阻隔器>扫网法>马氏网。2、优势科的数量:马氏网>飞行阻隔器=扫网法。3、采集科级数量:飞行阻隔器>扫网法>马氏网。 A single collection method cannot reflect the Coleoptera diversity of an area,and different collection time and methods have an impact on it.In the present study,the Coleoptera in Shihuigou sampling site in Ziwuling National Nature Reserve of Shaanxi Province were captured from June to August by using the malaise trap,the flight interception trap and sweep net method.The results showed that a total of 15659 specimens were collected,of which 1323 specimens belonging to 20 families were captured by the malaise trap,10330 specimens belonging to 30 families were captured by the flight interception trap and 4006 specimens belonging to 24 families were captured by sweep net.The main conclusions are:1.The flight interception trap can collect the most specimens,followed by sweep net,then the malaise trap.2.The number of the most dominant family is malaise trap>the flight interception trap=sweep net.3.The flight interception trap is a most efficient method in family number,followed by sweep net and then the malaise trap.
