摘要 为了分析不同营养元素及其浓度对羊肚菌菌丝生理特性的影响,优化羊肚菌母种培养基。本试验通过对母种培养基成分中的碳源、氮源、无机盐等进行了单因素和正交试验分析。单因素试验表明羊肚菌菌丝生长的最适宜碳源为6%淀粉,氮源为纯氮含量0.1%酵母膏,0.02%磷酸二氢钾,0.03%硫酸镁;L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验结果显示羊肚菌最适宜母种生长培养基配方为:淀粉6%,酵母膏纯氮含量0.1%,磷酸二氢钾0.03%,硫酸镁0.02%。 In order to analyze the effects of different nutrient elements and their concentrations on the physiological characteristics of Morchella esculenta hyphae,the mother culture medium was optimized.In this experiment,a single factor and orthogonal experiment was conducted to analyze the carbon source,nitrogen source,and inorganic salt in the components of the mother culture medium.The single factor experiment showed that the most suitable carbon source for the growth of Morchella esculenta hyphae was starch content of 6%,and the nitrogen source was yeast extract with pure nitrogen content of 0.1%,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.02%,magnesium sulfate 0.03%;The L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal test results showed that the most suitable growth medium formula for Morchella esculenta was starch content of 6%,pure nitrogen content of 0.1%in yeast extract,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.03%,and magnesium sulfate 0.02%。
