PBL教学在中国临床医学课程教学中应用的 Meta荟萃分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的系统评价国内基于问题的PBL教学模式与传统临床医学专业课程教学中的应用效果。方法检索Pubmed、EMBASE、Cochrane等英文网站及万方、维普、知网等中文网站,按照设定的纳入、排除标准筛选符合条件的文献,提取资料进行系统分析,文献检索期限为2010年1月~2021年12月。结果共纳入18个研究,均为中文文章。PBL教学模式在学生理论考试成绩、操作成绩方面均显著优于传统教学模式(P<0.001),且PBL教学模式具有更高的学生满意度(P<0.001)。结论PBL教学模式在临床医学教学中有助于提高教学效果、提升学生的理论成绩及实践能力。 Objective To evaluate the effects of problem-based learning(PBL) mode and traditional teaching mode in clinical curriculum.Methods Pubmed, EMBASE,Cochrane and other English websites as well as Wanfang, VIP,CNKI and other Chinese websites were selected to screen the qualified literatures according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the data were extracted for analysis.The literature search period was from January 2010 to December 2021.Results A total of 18 Chinese papers were included.Meta-analysis showed that PBL mode was significantly better than the traditional teaching mode in students’ theoretical test scores and clinical practice scores(P<0.001),and PBL mode had higher students’ satisfaction(P<0.001).Conclusion It suggests that PBL mode is helpful to improve students’ theoretical performance and practical ability in clinical curriculum.
