某办公楼屋面增设水箱可行性分析与加固设计

摘要 某既有办公楼,原设计建造时未设置消防水箱,现因消防要求需在其屋面增设消防水箱。对该办公楼结构进行现场检测,并采用计算软件进行计算分析。通过计算分析,得出该办公楼屋面增设消防水箱后,顶层部分结构构件承载力不满足要求,需对其进行加固处理。建议采用屋面增设钢反梁的方式设置水箱,并采用外粘型钢的方法进行加固。 An existing office building, the original design and construction did not set up fire water tank, now because of fire requirements in its roof add fire water tank. The structural components of the office building were tested on site, and were calculated and analyzed by the software. Through calculation and analysis, it is concluded that the bearing capacity of the top-floor structural components can not meet the requirements after the fire water tank is added to the roof of the office building, and needed to be strengthened. In this paper, it is suggested that the water tank should be installed by adding steel anti-beam on the roof, and the frame beam with insufficient bearing capacity should be strengthened by sticking steel section on the outside.
