摘要
环氧乙烯基树脂秉承环氧树脂的优良特性,并且在固化性、成型性和耐腐蚀性方面更为出色。以环氧乙烯基树脂为基体树脂的乙烯基树脂砂浆在铁路维修工程中有着重要的潜在应用价值。主要介绍了乙烯基树脂的性能特点、乙烯基树脂砂浆的选材、性能、制备工艺,以高速铁路无砟轨道道床板缺损修复和铁路道钉更换实例介绍了施工应用。
The epoxy vinyl resin carries on the good characteristics of the epoxy, and is superior in curing, molding and corrosion resistance. Vinyl resin mortar based on epoxy vinyl resin has great potential application value in railway maintenance engineering. This paper mainly introduces the performance characteristics of vinyl resin, material selection, performance, preparation technology of vinyl resin mortar, and introduces the construction application with the example of repairing the defect of ballastless track bed plate and replacing the railway track nail.
