摘要 主要介绍了60 kg/m钢轨12号镶嵌翼轨式合金钢组合辙叉的结构特点及创新技术,首次采用了藏尖式镶嵌翼轨结构,增强了镶嵌块轨头粗壮度,解决了镶嵌块两端结构薄弱问题。镶嵌块与翼轨上颚之间设置有间隙,辙叉组装更加简单,并满足镶嵌块在线更换和养护。 This paper mainly introduces the structural characteristics and innovative technology of 60 kg/m rail No. 12 inlaid wing rail alloy steel combined frog. The hidden tip inlaid wing rail structure is adopted for the first time,which enhances the robustness of the rail head of the inlaid block and solves the problem of weak structure at both ends of the inlaid block. There is a gap between the inlay block and the upper jaw of the wing rail,which makes the frog assembly easier and meets the on-line replacement and maintenance of the inlay block.
