拉伸试验仪的智能保护控制罩设计与研究

摘要 为了提高拉伸试验仪的安全性能和教学性能,通过对其挡板、夹头等部件进行改进和创新,设计了一种智能保护控制罩,并探讨了保护罩对拉伸试验仪工作的影响。研究结果表明:该智能保护控制罩能满足防护的基本要求,并提高教学的质量和效率。拉伸试验仪的安全性能和教学性能得到了很大程度的增强,因此,在实际工作和教学中根据情境需求,对拉伸试验仪进行改造,可保护试验人员安全和提高教学品质。 In order to improve the safety and teaching performance of the tensile tester, through the improvement and innovation of its baffle, collet and other components, an intelligent protective control cover is designed, and the influence of the protective cover on the work of the tensile tester is discussed. The results show that the intelligent protection and control cover can meet the basic requirements of protection, and improve the quality and efficiency of teaching. The safety performance and teaching performance of the tensile tester have been greatly enhanced. Therefore, in the actual work and teaching, the transformation of the tensile tester according to the situational needs can protect the safety of testers and improve the teaching quality.
