应用型高校工程管理专业校外实践基地建设研究

Research on the construction of off-campus practice base of engineering management major in application-oriented universities

随着我国高等教育的改革和不断的发展,不同的高校发展有不同的定位,作为应用型本科高校主要是为地方经济发展和社会服务培养应用型人才,应用型人才的培养需要不断的加强教学改革,实践教学的改革对于应用型人才的培养影响很大,要提高应用型本科高校人才培养的实践能力其中一项有效的措施就是校企合作,工程管理专业作为复合型的专业,对于培养学生的实践能力来说至关重要,基于此,以湛江科技学院为例,对应用型本科高校工程管理专业的校外实践基地的建设展开研究,旨在为应用型本科高校工程管理专业的校外实践基地的建设提供参考建议。

With the reform and continuous development of higher education in China, different colleges and universities have different positions in their development. As applied undergraduate colleges and universities, they mainly train applied talents for local economic development and social service, the cultivation of application-oriented talents needs to constantly strengthen the teaching reform. The reform of practical teaching has a great influence on the cultivation of application-oriented talents, one of the effective measures to improve the practical ability of cultivating talents in application-oriented universities is the cooperation between universities and enterprises. The major of engineering management, as a compound specialty, is of great importance to the training of students’ practical ability, taking Zhanjiang University of Science and Technology as an example, this paper research on the construction of off-campus practice base of engineering management major in application-oriented universities, the purpose on this paper is to provide reference and suggestion for the construction of off-campus practice base of engineering management specialty in application-oriented universities.
