基于中医传承辅助平台探究古代方剂治疗癌症疼痛的用药规律

Explore of the Ancient Prescription Cure Cancer Pain Rule Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台,探究古代治疗癌症疼痛内服方剂的组方配伍用药特点,总结癌症疼痛的病因病机、证候分型,挖掘出古代治疗癌症疼痛的核心药物,为临床遣方用药提供参考。方法:收集《中医方剂大辞典》中符合癌症疼痛病机的古代方剂,录入“中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5)”,进行药物频次、证型、关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类等统计分析。结果:本研究共收集古代方剂659首,常见证型主要是气滞血瘀证、痰瘀互结证、毒瘀互结证、寒凝气滞证、阳虚寒凝证、寒凝血瘀证;关联规则核心组合共35个,复杂系统熵聚类的药物核心组合48个,得到新处方24首。结论:古代治疗癌症疼痛具有一定优势,针对其证候特点、用药及组方规律进行文献分析,体现了中医的诊疗思路,为癌症疼痛的治疗及新药的研发提供了参考。

Objective Preliminary study of the ancient treatment of cancer pain internal prescription of the characteristics of prescription compatibility,to summarize the etiology and pathogenesis of cancer pain,syndrome type,unearthing the core medicine for ancient cancer pain,it provides reference for the clinical prescription.Method Collect the ancient prescriptions in the dictionary of traditional Chinese medicine that accord with the pathogenesis of cancer pain,input the TCM Aided Platform Management System(V2.5),the entropy clustering and other statistical analysis of complex system of association rules with drug frequency syndrome were carried out.Result A total of 659 ancient prescriptions were collected in this study,the common witness-type mainly consists of the syndromes of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis mutual knot,poison and blood stasis mutual knot,and the syndromes of cold coagulation and Qi stagnation,Yang deficiency and cold coagulation,cold coagulation and blood stasis,there are 35 association rule core groups in total,there are 48 drug core combinations of complex system entropy clustering,got 24 new prescriptions.Conclusion Ancient treatments for cancer pain had certain advantages,according to the characteristics of the symptoms,the drug and prescription rule of literature analysis,it embodies the idea of diagnosis and treatment in Chinese medicine,it provides reference for the treatment of cancer pain and the research and development of new drugs.
