内服中药治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病用药规律分析

Analysis of Medication Rules of Oral Chinese Medicine in Treating PFD

目的:基于中医传承辅助系统,分析口服中医治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的用药规律,并做出新方预测。方法:收集中国全文期刊数据库(CNKI)中治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的中医药内服方剂,运用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)软件建立方剂数据库,对方剂进行用药频次、药物组合及新方等分析。结果:筛选出112首治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的中药处方,共144味中药,常用中药有29味,常用药对有8个,新处方7个。结论:女性盆底功能障碍性疾病用药以大剂量健脾益气升提为主,多以补中益气汤为基础方加减,佐以补肾固冲,常用清热利湿药物以治标。

Objective Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V 2.5)was used to analyz the medication rules of oral Chinese Medicine in treating PFD,and make a new prediction.Method Oral Chinese medicine treating PFD in CNKI were collected,and the database was established by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V 2.5).The frequency of medication,drug combination and new prescription were analyzed.Results The results showed 112 prescriptions and 114 herbs were analyzed.There were 29 commonly used herbs,8 pairs of commonly used herbs and 7 new prescriptions.Conclusion Women with PFD are mainly treated with large doses of spleen-invigorating and qi-boosting herbs,most of which are based on Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction,and accompanied by kidney-reinforcing and chong-reinforcing herbs.Commonly herbs for clearing heat and removing dampness are used to treat the symptioms.
