Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common chronic and refractory disease in the digestive system.Western medicine treatment has problems such as poor effects,easy to relapse,and large side effects.TCM treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has unique advantages.Professor Li Xuejun believes that the causes of chronic atrophic gastritis mainly lie in eating disorders,fatigue and emotional disharmony.The pathogenesis is based on Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach,disharmony between liver and stomach,Qi stagnation,blood stasis,dampness and heat intermingling for a long time and become turbidity and poison,and damage the gastric mucosa.The treatment is based on tonifying the spleen and stomach,Fuzheng Quxie,combined with decoction and pills;On medication,the good use of couplet medicines,angle medicines,pay attention to harmonize Qi and blood,removing turbidity and detoxification,regulate emotions,calm the mind and relieve depression.
