Professor Liu Youwen's Experience in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

膝关节骨性关节炎属于中医学“膝痹病”的范畴,是临床上较为常见的疾病,对患者的下肢运动功能影响较大。刘又文教授认为,该病发生的根本原因在于肝肾亏虚,重要诱因在于风寒湿邪侵袭人体。治疗上主张发挥中医特色,根据不同分型辨证论治,同时联合中药熏洗、玻璃酸钠注射等疗法进行治疗,以做到内外兼顾,衷中参西,取得良好疗效。本文通过总结刘又文教授治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗经验和用药特点,以期为中医药治疗该病提供参考。

Knee osteoarthritis belongs to the category of“Knee Arthralgia Disease”in traditional Chinese medicine,which is a relatively common disease in clinical practice and has a great impact on the lower limb motor function of patients.Professor Liu Youwen believes that the root cause of the disease lies in deficiency of liver and kidney,and the important reason lies in the invasion of wind,cold and dampness.In the treatment,it is advocated to give play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,treat according to different types and syndrome differentiation,and combine traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,sodium hyaluronate injection and other therapies for treatment,so as to achieve both internal and external considerations,combination of East and West,and achieve good clinical treatment effect.In order to provide more theoretical basis for the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis with traditional Chinese medicine,this paper summarizes Professor Liu Youwen's treatment experience and characteristics of drug use.
