乡村振兴战略下大学生返乡创业现状及助推政策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Boosting Policies of College Students’ Returning Home and Entrepreneurship under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴是实现民族复兴大业的重要部署,大学生返乡创业参与乡村建设将有效促进农村产业优化升级,带领农村、农民更快实现现代化。目前大学生返乡创业却存在创业政策宣传不到位、地方政府政策实施难以保障、大学生就业观念保守、返乡意愿不高、农村基础设施发展滞后、乡村就业创业平台不足等问题。为此,各级政府、高等学校以及广大学生应协同努力,不断完善政策保障体系,补齐农村基础设施短板,加强创新创业教育,转变大学生就业创业观念,提升创新创业能力,协同推动大学生返乡创业,助力乡村振兴。

Rural revitalization is an important deployment to realize the great cause of national rejuvenation.College students returning home to start businesses and participating in rural construction will effectively promote the optimization and upgrading of rural industries and lead rural areas and farmers to realize modernization faster.At present,there are some problems in college students’ returning home and entrepreneurship,such as insufficient publicity of entrepreneurship policies,difficult guarantee of local government policy implementation,conservative employment concept of college students,low willingness to return home,lagging development of rural infrastructure,insufficient rural employment and entrepreneurship platforms,etc.Therefore,governments at all levels,colleges and universities and the students should make concerted efforts to promote the successful return and entrepreneurship of college students through continuously improving the policy guarantee system,making up for the shortcomings of rural infrastructure,strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education,changing college students’ employment and entrepreneurship concept and improving their innovation and entrepreneurship ability,so as to help rural revitalization and modernization.
