摘要
借助CFD数值模拟分析和优化2.8 MW热水锅炉尾气SCR脱硝系统。模拟结果表明:尿素液滴中位粒径为25|xm时,蒸发时间小于0.06 s,停留距离约为2250 mm,将混合器设置在喷枪下游2800 mm处,可有效防止液滴对混合器造成冲蚀。经优化设计的混合器、导流板、孔板显著加强了氨氮混合,进入第一层催化剂氨气均匀性系数小于15%,满足脱硝反应工艺要求。
The Hue gas SCH denitrification system of 2.8 MW liot water boiler before and after optimization was analyzed by using CFD numerical simulation.The results showed that when the median particle size of urea droplet was 25μm,the evaporation time was less than 0.06 s,the residence distance was about 2250 mm.The mixer was.set beyond spray system 2800 mm,which can effectively prevent the droplet from eroding the mixer.The designed mixer,guide plate and orifice plate significantly strengthened the ammonia nitrogen mixing,and the ammonia uniformity coefficient into the first layer of catalyst was less than 15% which meant optimization scheme met the requirements of denitrification process.
