摘要 介绍了一台大容量中温高压往复炉排垃圾焚烧锅炉的研发技术要点,包括膜式蒸发水冷通道特性、水动力特性、辐射包墙、对流管束、过热器设计等,以及该锅炉特有的一些结构设计,对垃圾焚烧锅炉垃圾的高效运行和解决高温腐蚀问题具有一定的指导意义。 The key points of researc-h&development technology of a large capacity medium temperature and high pressure reciprocating grate waste incineration boiler were introduced,including the characteristics of membrane evaporation water cooling channel,hydrodynamic characteristics,radiation cladding wall,convection tube bundle and superheater design,as well as some unique structural designs of the boiler.It has certain guiding significance for the efficient operation of waste incineration boiler and solving the problem of high temperature corrosion.
