Analysis on Fattening Effect of Three Xiangxi Cattle Hybrid Combinations

[目的]确定育肥效果较好的湘西黄牛杂交组合。[方法]随机选择3个湘西黄牛杂交组合(黑安格斯牛×湘西黄牛、西门达尔牛×湘西黄牛、德国黄牛×湘西黄牛)的F1代6月龄犊牛,每个组合10头,组成试验组;随机选择6月龄湘西黄牛犊牛10头,组成对照组,对比分析试验组和对照组犊牛6,12,18,24月龄时的体重、平均日增重以及24月龄屠宰时的净肉率、肉质和经济效益。[结果]试验组犊牛各阶段的体重、平均日增重、净肉率和经济效益均优于对照组(P<0.01),试验组内以西门达尔牛X湘西黄牛组合为佳(P<0.01),试验牛以12~18月龄增重较快(P<0.01);对照组犊牛肉质优于试验组(P<0.01)。[结论]西门达尔牛×湘西黄牛是湘西黄牛育肥较好的杂交组合,杂交牛18月龄后出栏为宜。

[Objective]Determining the hybrid combination of Xiangxi cattle by fattening effect.[Methods]Three six months old F_(1) progeny calves of three Xiangxi cattle hybrid combinations(Black Angus×Xiangxi cattle,Simmental×Xiangxi cattle and German yellow cattle×Xiangxi cattle)were randomly selected to form the experimental groups,and each hybrid combination was 10 calves.10 six months old Xiangxi cattle calves were randomly selected to form the control group.The body weight and average daily gain of 6,12,18 and 24 months old of the calves were compared.Rate of meat,meat quality and economic benefits in 24 months old were tested and analyzed.[Results]The body weight,average daily gain,rate of meat and economic benefit of the calves in the experimental groups were better than those in the control group(P<0.01),Simmental×Xiangxi cattle hybrid combination was the best(P<0.01),and the weight gain of all the calves from 12 to 18 months old was faster(P<0.01);The quality of calf beef in the control group was better than those in the experimental groups(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Simmental×Xiangxi cattle hybrid combination showed better effect in fattening,and the hybrid cattle should be released after 18 months of age.
