中华人民共和国成立70年来,在中国共产党民族平等与扶持少数民族共同进步的执政理念下,黑龙江鄂温克、鄂伦春、俄罗斯族和赫哲族等各少数民族在经济进步和社会文化建设方面获得了飞跃发展,人民生活明显改善,社会事业稳步推进,发展能力逐步增强,呈现出生产发展、生活提高、生态改善、民族团结、社会和谐的良好局面。通过对新中国成立以来黑龙江少数民族人口发展状况的梳理,分析全球化、市场化时代黑龙江少数民族在人口发展方面面临的困境,以及化解困境的有效路径,国家和政府应整合各方力量,持续推进黑龙江少数民族人口健康发展,共建共享和谐社会。
