雄安新区海绵城市给排水设计案例

Design case of water supply and drainage ofsponge city of xiong’an New District

目前,雄安新区在如火如荼建设中,为了避免“雨季一来,城里看海”的尴尬,新区已从规划源头上着手解决城市排水问题。雄安新区最终要建设成为高水平社会主义现代化城市,推动高质量发展的全国样板,为全国提供可复制、可推广的经验。本文以雄安新区容东片区某宗地为例,对其海绵城市的设计思路及各指标计算进行介绍,以期可为同行提供一个具有改革开放前沿政策措施和前瞻性的创新试点示范项目的参考案例。

At present,the construction of xiong’an new district is in full swing.In order to avoid the embarrassment of“seeing the sea in the city when the rainy season comes”,the new district has started to solve the urban drainage problem from the planning source.Xiong’an new district will eventually be built into a high-level modern socialist city,a national model for promoting high-quality development,and provide replicable and popularized experience for the whole country.In this paper,taking a parcel of land in Rongdong area of xiong’an New district as an example,the design idea and index calculation of the sponge city is introduced,in order to provide peers with a reference case of frontier policies and measures of reform and opening up and forward-looking innovation pilot demonstration project.
