摘要
针对现有房屋静钻根植桩施工技术由于相关参数选取合理性较差,而导致其承载性能差的问题,本文根据房屋建筑基础工程中的静钻根植桩施工技术,对静钻根植桩施工流程进行制定,并构建静钻根植桩承载性能模型,分析静钻根植桩承载性能的影响参数。最后,结合工程建设实际情况确定施工相关参数,并据此执行静钻根植桩施工流程,结果显示:在新制定的施工技术下,静钻根植桩极限承载力为5800 kN,相比传统技术提升了200 kN。
Due to the poor selection of relevant parameters in existing construction technology of static drilling pile,the bearing performance of static drilling pile is poor.Therefore,in this paper,the construction technology research method of static drilling pile in the construction of house building foundation engineering is proposed,the construction process of static drilling pile is formulated,the bearing performance model of static drilling pile is built,and the influencing parameters of static drilling pile bearing performance are analyzed.According to the actual situation of engineering construction,relevant construction parameters are determined,and the construction process of static drilling pile is implemented accordingly.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of static drilling pile under the newly formulated construction technology is 5800 kN,which is 200 kN higher than the traditional technology.
