岳普湖县农村饮水安全工程管理模式探讨

Discussion on the management mode of rural drinking water safety project in Yuepuhu County

民以食为天,食以水为先,保障饮水安全事关人民群众身体健康、切身利益和幸福生活。岳普湖县农村饮水安全工程运营管理长期由政府主导,僵化的运营机制严重束缚了本地区的经济发展。本文通过调研,对这种模式存在的问题进行了探讨,并根据经营类事业单位改革研究,对城乡供水一体化企业化运作管理模式进行了分析,并对新模式提出了优化建议和效果憧憬。

Food is the paramount necessity of the people and water is the first.Ensuring the safety of drinking water is related to the people’s health,vital interests and happy life.The operation and management of rural drinking water safety project in Yuepuhu county has been dominated by the government for a long time,and the rigid operation mechanism has seriously constrained the economic development of the region.In this paper,the problems existing in this mode are discussed through investigation,the enterprise operation and management mode of urban-rural water supply integration are analyzed according to the reform research of business institutions,and optimization suggestions and effect expectations for the new mode are put forward.
