摘要
本文采用真空烧结工艺制备了Ti(C,N)基金属陶,研究了不同烧结温度对Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷显微组织及力学性能的影响。使用扫描电镜观察了Ti(C,N)试样的显微组织,使用维氏硬度计、微机控制电子万能试验机测试了材料的力学性能。通过测试结果可知,随着烧结时烧结温度的提高,Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷材料试样烧结后的密度先增大后减小,烧结时温度的高低对Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷材料烧结试样的抗弯强度影响比较大。结果表明,随着烧结温度的提高,粘结相逐渐从块状向网状转变,随着烧结温度的升高,Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷的显微组织变得更加均匀,抗弯强度逐渐变大。在1400℃烧结,保温时间60min,表现出最佳力学性能。当烧结温度继续升高时,Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷的性能有所下降。
In this paper,a vacuum sintering process was used to prepare Ti(C,N)-based cermets and the effects of different sintering temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti(C,N)-based cermets were studied.The microstructure of the Ti(C,N)sample was observed by scanning electron microscope,and the mechanical properties of the material were tested by Vickers hardness tester and a microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine.The test results show that with the increase of the sintering temperature,the density of Ti(C,N)-based cermets after sintering first increases and then decreases.The temperature during sintering has a great influence on the bending strength of sintered samples of Ti(C,N)-based cermets.With the increase of sintering temperature,the binder phase gradually changes from block to network and the microstructure of Ti(C,N)-based cermets becomes more uniform and bending strength increases.Sintering at 1400 X,and holding for 60min shows the best mechanical properties.When the sintering temperature continues to increase,the properties of Ti(C,N)-based cermets decrease.
