摘要
F38MnVS是一种非调质机械结构钢,广泛用于汽车的曲轴、连杆。本文以F38MnVS钢为原料,经过中小棒轧制生产工艺,采用无损探伤对其进行检测,发现F38MnVS棒材目前存在缺陷主要为表面缺陷。针对表面缺陷对其取样并进行金相分析,结果表明表面缺陷产生原因有两种,第一种为连铸坯角部或附近横向缺陷,第二种为轧制或者后续处理过程中压人缺陷。通过对连铸坯工艺优化与轧制设备改进,解决了,F38MnVS棒材钢表面缺陷的问题,提高了F38MnVS棒材成材率并减少了人工修磨劳动强度。
F38MnVS is a non-quenched and tempered mechanical structural steel,which is widely used in automobile crankshaft and connecting rod.In this paper,F38MnVS steel is used as raw material.Through the rolling process of small and medium-sized bars,it is detected by nondestructive testing.It is found that the existing defects of F38MnVS bar are surface defects.The results show that there are two causes of surface defects,the first is the transverse defects at or near the corner of continuous casting billet,and the second is the pressed-in defects during rolling or subsequent treatment.Through the optimization of continuous casting billet process and the improvement of rolling equipment,the problem of surface defects of F38MnVS bar steel is solved,the yield of F38MnVS bar is increased and the labor intensity of manual grinding is reduced.
