摘要
在热浸镀锌生产过程中,钝化处理能有效预防镀锌基板与空气直接接触,增加了镀锌板的耐蚀性。但部分镀锌产品在钝化后出现绳纹缺陷,严重影响了产品的板面质量和耐腐蚀性能。针对这一缺陷,本文从其宏观形貌和产生机理进行分析,认为绳纹缺陷的产生与前处理光整液的洁净度,辊涂机涂覆辊的磨削工艺,涂装机的设计以及辊涂工艺有关,并从设备、工艺等方面进行改进,提出了相应的预防纠正措施,有效避免了绳纹缺陷的产生,保证了镀锌产品的表面质量,提高了产品的耐腐蚀性能。
In the process of hot dip galvanizing production,passivation treatment can effectively prevent direct contact the galvanized substrate with air,and increases the corrosion resistance of galvanized sheet.Some galvanized products show rope defects after passivation,which seriously affect the surface quality and corrosion resistance of products.In view of this defects,from its macro morphology and mechanism analysis,we believe that the emergence of rope defects is mainly related to finishing fluid cleanliness,coating roller grinding process,coating machine design and technology.From the aspects of equipment,process improvement,we put forward the corresponding preventive and corrective measures,effectively avoided the rope defects,ensured the quality of the surface of the galvanized products and improved the corrosion resistance of the product.
