摘要
轧辊堆焊工艺解决了锻钢材质轧辊容易磨损、粘钢的问题,但同时出现了断裂现象。湘钢棒材厂对800开坯乳机堆焊轧辊两次断裂原因进行了研究,发现第一次轧辊断裂断口为扭应力断口,第二次轧辊断裂断口为疲劳断口。针对两次轧辊不同断口,从加热制度、轧制工艺条件、轧辊受力状况及堆焊工艺等方面进行了分析,得出了加热温度不良是引起第一次轧辊断裂的主要原因;冲击载荷、摩擦热应力、堆焊前的气刨未处理干净是引起第二次轧辊断裂的主要原因。通过优化参数、改良工艺等方法分别对断裂原因制定解决措施,杜绝了该堆焊型轧辊断裂问题。
The roll surfacing process solves the problem that the forged steel roll is easy to wear and stick to steel,but at the same time,there are new fracture problems.Bar Plant of Xiangtan Steel has studied the causes of the two fracture of the surfacing roll of 800 cogging mill.It is found that the first roll fracture is torsional stress fracture and the second roll fracture is fatigue fracture.According to the different fracture of the two rolls,the heating system,rolling process conditions,roll stress and surfacing process are analyzed.It is concluded that the poor heating temperature is the main factor causing the first roll fracture.Impact load,friction thermal stress and untreated air gouging before surfacing are the main factors causing the fracture of the second roll.By optimizing the parameters and improving the process,the solution measures are formulated respectively,so that the fracture problem of the surfacing roll is eliminated.
