基于重熔技术的热喷涂涂层质量调控与性能优化现状研究 被引量:6

摘要 总结了近年来各种重熔技术改善热喷涂涂层质量的研究进展,得到如下结论:激光重熔通过消除涂层中微裂纹、未熔颗粒等缺陷明显改善涂层的质量;感应重熔可以显著降低涂层的孔隙率,增强涂层的力学性能;钨极氩弧重熔可以更有效地提高涂层的耐磨耐蚀性,提升涂层综合性能;电子束重熔、火焰重熔等对涂层的微观组织、显微硬度、界面结合强度也有一定的改善作用。最后分析对比了不同重熔技术的优缺点和适用范围,并对重熔技术的发展前景进行了展望。 The research progresses of various remelting techniques to improve the quality of thermal spraying coatings in recent years were summarized.The following conclusions are obtained:laser remelting may obviously improve the quality of coatings by eliminating microcracks and unmelted particles in coatings,induction remelting may significantly reduce the porosity of coatings and enhance the mechanics properties of the coatings,and tungsten argon arc remelting can effectively improve the wear and corrosion resistance of coatings and improve the comprehensive properties of coatings.Electron beam remelting and flame remelting also improve the microstructure,microhardness and interfacial bonding strength of the coatings.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of different remelting technologies were compared,and the development prospects of remelting technology were prospected.
