摘要
为了解河南某鹅场时常出现零星死亡病例的原因,对发病鹅进行剖解,剖解病变主要表现为腹膜炎,怀疑是大肠杆菌病,因此采用多管发酵法和血凝抑制试验,测定该场水源大肠杆菌群含量及抗体水平。从鹅场内部8口水井分别采集水样,对采集的水样进行水中大肠菌群和pH的测定,发现8口水井的pH均符合国家标准,其中水井1、2、3、4、6符合国家畜禽饮用水大肠菌群含量标准,水井5、7、8大肠菌群含量超标。检测的4份鹅蛋禽流感卵黄抗体水平,1、2、3份变异系数均较大,说明其抗体水平较低,特别是一个棚舍内的鹅群对禽流感H7的抗体水平差距较大。根据结果表明饮用水中大肠菌群含量超标,长期使用导致鹅群机体免疫力下降,从而引起鹅场疾病频发。本研究确定了该场鹅群发病原因,为后续鹅场防控管理提供了科学依据。
In order to understand the cause of the sporadic deaths of a goose farm in Henan,the diseased goose was dissected.The dissected lesions mainly showed peritonitis,which was suspected to be colibacillosis.Therefore,the multi-tube fermentation method and hemagglutination inhibition test were used to determine the water source of coliform bacteria content and antibody level.Water samples were collected from 8 water wells inside the goose farm,the coliform bacteria and pH of the collected water samples were measured.It was found that the pH of the 8 water wells all met the standards,and the wells 1,2,3,4 and 6 were in line with the national standards.The content of coliform bacteria in livestock and poultry drinking water is standard,and the content of coliform bacteria in wells 5,7 and 8 exceeds the standard.The 4 copies of goose egg yolk antibody levels 1,2,and 3 have large coefficients of variation,indicating that their antibody levels are low,especially in a shed that has a large gap in antibody levels against avian influenza H7 in a flock of geese.According to the results,the content of coliform bacteria in drinking water exceeded the standard,and long-term use causes the immunity of the geese to decrease,which caused frequent diseases in the geese farm.This study determined the cause of the disease in this farm,and also provided a reference for the follow-up prevention and control management of the goose farm.
