摘要
According to the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC),after completed the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and achieved its first centenary goal(1921-2021),China has built on this achievement to embark on a new journey toward the second centenary goal(1949-2049)of building a modern socialist country in all respects,thus signifying China’s entry into a new stage of development.This article expounds on methods of interpreting the new objectives,tasks,and requirements of the new development stage.It also explains how to deal with the concomitant opportunities and challenges,as well as how to build a modern socialist country with high quality in an all-around manner.
