摘要
At the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee proposed to accelerate the development of a modern industrial system and upgrade the economy.Thus,it is important to take China’s real economy as the focus of its economic development,unswervingly build itself into a manufacturer of quality,and enhance its strength in cyberspace and digital technology.Furthermore,efforts should be made to upgrade China’s industrial base and modernize its industrial chain to make the economy more efficient and competitive.The CPC Central Committee has made this strategic decision in response to the new industrial environment,new requirements,emerging risks,and challenges as China moves into its next development phase,and set the direction and priorities for China’s industrial growth in the 14th Five-Year Plan period(2021-2025).
