摘要
In terms of structural economic reforms,the most salient problem facing Chinese economy is that almost 300 million migrant workers are not truly integrated into cities.Integrating these workers is therefore a primary task for the next stage of structural reform.In terms of aggregate demand management,the best ways to address weakening demand are to cut interest rates and make sufficient use of interest rate policies.If these strategies do not work,another option is to expand fiscal spending within the budget.In terms of opening up,it is important to be acutely aware that the real security threat is not opening up but rather is various forms of monopolies in the international market.
