摘要
The world is now in a period of turbulent changes,with continuous rising of unilateralism and protectionism,with economic globalization encountering countercurrents,and with increasing uncertainties and instabilities alongside with the COVID-19 pandemic.As a result,the international community faces critical choices between multilateralism and unilateralism,opening up and self-seclusion,and cooperation and confrontation.In this situation,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in 2020 called for opening up at a higher level and expanding win-win cooperation,which has profound implications.
