基于OPC UA协议的PCB设备智能数据采集与管理平台的研究与实现

Research and Implementation of Intelligent Data Acquisition and Management Platform for PCB Equipment Based on OPC UA Protocol

传统PCB制造业中,各个设备之间彼此孤立,数据无法互联互通,严重制约工业生产效率的提升。为提高PCB设备的智能化和信息化水平,本文设计实现一种通用的基于OPCUA协议的PCB设备数据采集与管理系统。系统基于OPC UA技术,解决不同类型PCB设备之间联网和数据采集问题。

In the traditional PCB manufacturing industry,various devices are isolated from each other,and data cannot be interconnected,which severely restricts the improvement of industrial production efficiency.In order to improve the intelligence and information level of PCB equipment,this paper designs and implements a general PCB equipment data acquisition and management system based on OPC UA protocol.The system is mainly based on OPC UA technology,which solves the problems of networking and data collection between different types of PCB equipment.
