摘要
由于制造原因造成的弯头瑕疵品,如果全部报废会造成较大浪费,本文利用有限元计算软件建模,结合ASME相关规定,对椭圆度超标弯头进行了设计温度下的强度、疲劳寿命等相关分析计算,得出可以正常使用的结论。
If all the defective pipe elbows are scrapped,it will cause waste.In this paper,combined with ASME related regulations,finite element method is used to build a calculation model.The strength and fatigue life of the elbows with over-standard ovality in design temperature are calculated,and get the conclusion that they can be used normally.
