固体氧化物燃料电池热电联供系统模拟及敏感性分析

摘要 本文着眼于产业化实际应用场景,基于20KW固体氧化物燃料电池系统进行建模,并展开系统敏感性分析:,敏感性分析范围包括:燃料进口流量对系统性能的影响、汽碳比对系统性能的影响、过量空气系数(λ)对系统性能的影响、燃料利用率对系统性能的影响、电流密度对系统性能的影响、电堆入口温度对系统性能的影响:,该工作为系统实际运行及优化提供了坚实的理论依据,助力SOFC-CHP高效长寿命高可靠性工程化应用。 This article focuses on the actual application scenarios of industrialization, and basing on the 20 KW solid oxide fuel cell system, we model the system and have the system sensitivity analysis. The scope of sensitivity analysis includes: the influence of fuel inlet flow on system performance, the influence of steam-to-carbon ratio on system performance, the influence of excess air coefficient(λ) on system performance, the influence of fuel utilization rate on system performance, and the current density on system performance, the influence of the reactor inlet temperature on the system performance. This work provides a solid theoretical basis for the actual operation and optimization of the system, and helps the engineering application of SOFC-CHP with high efficiency, long life and high reliability.
