不同下床时间对大隐静脉曲张高位结扎点式剥脱术后并发症的影响

Effect of different ambulation times on complications after high ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein

目的探讨不同下床时间对大隐静脉曲张高位结扎点式剥脱术后并发症的影响。方法选取2020年6—12月四川大学华西医院收治的105例大隐静脉曲张患者,按照随机数字表法分为第一天组(n=35,术后第一天下床活动)、第二天组(n=35,术后第二天下床活动)、第三天组(n=35,术后第三天下床活动)。比较术后1、2、3个月3组患者并发症发生情况;观察出院时和术后3个月3组患者的生活自理能力评分;分析3组患者出院满意度评分。结果出院时,3组患者生活自理能力评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进一步两两比较,第一天组患者生活自理能力评分最高,第三天组患者生活自理能力评分最低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者术后3个月生活自理能力评分和出院满意度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大隐静脉曲张高位结扎点式剥脱术后早期下床活动不会增加患者并发症的发生率,临床应用中可选择让患者早期下床活动。

Objective To investigate the effect of varying getting out of bed time on the risk of complications after high ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein.Method A total of 105 patients with the great saphenous vein who were treated West China Hospital,Sichuan University from June to December 2020 were selected and divided into the first-day group(n=35,ambulation on the first day after the operation),the second-day group(n=35,ambulation on the second-day after the operation),and the third-day group(n=35,ambulation on the third day after the operation)according to the random number table method.The incidence of complications in the three groups at 1,2,and 3 months after the operation were compared.The scores of self-care competence of the three groups at the time of discharge and 3 months after the operation were observed,and the discharge satisfaction scores of the three groups were analyzed.Result At discharge,there was a statistically significant difference in the self-care competence scores of the three groups(P<0.05).Further pairwise comparisons showed that the patients in the first-day group had the highest self-care competence score,and the third-day group had the lowest score,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of self-care ability and discharge satisfaction scores between the 3 groups of patients at 3 months after the operation(P>0.05).Conclusion Early ambulation after high ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein would not increase the risk of complications in patients.Therefore,patients could choose to get out of bed early in clinical application.
