摘要
“稳就业”为党和国家提出的“六稳六保”之首,学校长期坚持“就业导向”,十多年来,毕业生就业率一直保持在96%以上。本文谈了对“稳就业”的深刻认识,剖析了学校、部分企业和地方政府在“稳就业”方面的有效做法,提出了大力支撑国家战略急需的专业发展、企业改善用人机制和政府实招留住人才等“稳就业”的对策建议。
“Keeping employment stable”is the first of the“Six Stabilities and Six Guarantees”proposed by the Party and the state.The colleges and universities have long adhered to the“Employment-Oriented”,and the employment rate of graduates has been kept above 96%for more than ten years.This paper discusses the profound understanding of“keeping employment stable”,and analyzes the effective practices of schools,some enterprises and local governments in“keeping employment stable”,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of“keeping employment stable”,such as vigorously supporting the professional development urgently needed by the national strategy,improving the employment mechanism of enterprises and retaining talents by the government.
