基于价值评价的湖北大别山传统聚落活化路径研究

Research on the Activation Path of Traditional Settlements in Dabie Mountains of Hubei Province Based on Value Evaluation

具有"历史活化石"之称的传统聚落是我国珍贵的文化财富,也是人类物质文明和精神文明的见证。价值认知的模糊使我国传统聚落逐渐丧失其原有特色,形成千篇一律的发展模式。以湖北大别山片区内18个传统聚落为研究对象,通过文献综述与实地调研的方式探究其聚落特征与价值,利用AHP层次分析法构建价值评价体系。基于其突出价值进行聚落类型划分,从而有针对性地提出聚落活化途径,以期为片区内其它聚落活化发展提供借鉴参考。

The traditional settlements known as living fossils of history are the precious cultural wealth of China and the witness of the material and spiritual civilization of human beings. The vagueness of value cognition makes the traditional settlements in China lose their original characteristics gradually, form a uniform development model, and gradually withdraw from the stage of history. This paper takes 18 traditional settlements in Dabie Mountain area of Hubei Province as the research object, explores their settlement values through literature review and field investigation, and constructs a value evaluation system by using AHP analytic hierarchy process. Based on its outstanding value, the settlement types are classified, and the settlement activation approaches are put forward in order to provide reference for the development of other types of settlement activation.
