数字包容性:老龄化社会下用户界面设计的转型

Digital Inclusiveness:On the Transition of User Interface Design in the Ageing Society

数字化时代的老龄化社会,老龄人口正在被数字技术边缘化,因而,对于产品用户界面设计而言,数字包容性也就成为了老龄化社会下数字设计领域的新课题。用户界面设计作为数字内容的传播载体,其设计理念与方法随时代变化而转变,以适应老龄化社会的用户需要。当前,主流界面设计系统的主旨较少体现老龄人口的数字包容性,在界面设计转型过程中面临个体、设计、技术以及商业的挑战。因此,通过用户调研、设计教育、工具开发、科技创新并通过政策扶持以促进产品的商业转化是用户界面设计的转型策略。

In the ageing society,elderly people are marginalized by digital technology.Thus,in terms of user interface design,digital inclusiveness has become the new topic of digital design.Related theory and methods need to be changed according to the user needs in ageing society.The concept of current interface design systems shows little inclusiveness.The transition process faces four challenges,namely,individual,design,technology and commercial challenges.Thus,the strategy of user interface design should include user research,design education,tool development and technology innovation.
