摘要
创新创业教育是国家在创新驱动发展战略背景下,对一流大学建设、一流本科教育建设的核心期待与要求。针对当前高等学校创新创业人才培养存在的社团活动化、项目化、竞技化,以及忽视第一课堂主导作用等问题,以提升省属高水平大学本科学生的创新创业能力为目标,借鉴闭环反馈自动控制原理,构建闭环反馈式创新创业人才培养控制系统。以自动化专业为研究与实践对象,通过设置“创新创业能力培养课程嵌入式”课程体系、改革“创新创业能力培养课程嵌入式”教学方法、实现创新创业能力培养的闭环控制和持续改进等策略,有效提升学生的创新创业能力,有力支撑国家一流专业建设。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education is the core expectation and requirement of China for the construction of first-class universities and first-class undergraduate education under the background of innovation driven by development strategy.In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities,such as community activity,project and competition,and ignoring the leading role of the first classroom,aiming at improving the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of provincial high-level undergraduate students,and learning from the principle of closed-loop feedback automatic control,a closed-loop feedback control system for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is constructed.Taking Automation specialty as the research and practice object,we can effectively improve students’innovative and entrepreneurial ability and effectively support the construction of the first-class specialty by setting up the curriculum system of“embedded innovative and entrepreneurial ability training”,and reforming the teaching method to realize the closed-loop control and continuous improvement of innovative and entrepreneurial ability training.
