工科导师对研究生课外思想政治教育基本策略探讨

摘要 工科研究生在校期间的大量课外时间是思想政治教育的薄弱环节,导师作为唯一适合主体,肩负着在此环节对研究生开展思想政治教育的重任。工科研究生导师在明确自身定位的基础上,可从师生之间的接触方式入手,采取以长期渐进渗透为主的隐性教育形式和智慧的教育方法,同时结合不同的对象,有针对性地采取适当的教育方式和方法因势利导,并辅以必要的现代科技载体手段等课外思想政治教育基本策略,从而确保研究生课外思想政治教育的顺利实施,以期取得良好效果。 A lot of extra-curricular time of engineering postgraduates in school is the weak link of ideological and political education.As the only suitable subject,tutors shoulder the important task of developing ideological and political education for postgraduates in this link.On the basis of clarifying their own positioning,tutors can start with the contact mode between teachers and students,adopt the hidden education form and intelligent education method dominated by long-term and gradual infiltration,and take appropriate education methods and methods in combination with different objects,so as to make good use of the situation.At the same time,tutors can adopt the basic strategies of extracurricular ideological and political education such as modern scientific and technological carrier means,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of postgraduates’extracurricular ideological and political education in order to achieve good results.
