Research on the Training Mode of Academic Innovation Ability of Academic Postgraduates in Economics and Management of Colleges and Universities

在深入调查高校经管类学术型硕士研究生学术创新能力现状、存在问题及影响因素的基础上,结合新时代我国研究生教育发展新要求和经济管理类学科特点,提出从优化课程体系设置、创新教育教学方式、强化导师指导、搭建学术平台、增加学术交流、重视科研实践、加强质量监控、完善学术评价体系、营造学术氛围、丰富学术资源等多途径,培养经管类学术型研究生的学术创新能力,构建学术创新能力培养新模式。

Based on the in-depth investigation of the current situation,existing problems and influencing factors of the academic innovation ability of academic postgraduates in economics and management,combined with the new requirements of postgraduate education development in China in the new era and the characteristics of economics and management disciplines,this paper proposes a new model of academic innovation ability training for academic graduates in economics and management.This paper thinks that we should optimize the curriculum system,innovate education and teaching methods,strengthen tutor guidance,build academic platforms,increase academic exchanges,attach importance to scientific research practice,strengthen quality control,improve the academic evaluation system,create an academic atmosphere,and enrich academic resources to cultivate the academic innovation ability of academic postgraduates in economics and management.
