摘要
铜绿微囊藻是淡水生态系统中常见的水华蓝藻,通过消耗氧气和释放气味化合物等物理或化学方式对渔业、生态环境造成危害。该藻产生的微囊藻毒素可作为一种肝毒素作用于生物体,引发肝损伤甚至肝癌,严重威胁水生动物及人类健康。本文从非生物因子(光照、温度、pH、微量元素等)与生物因子(植物、微生物等)两大方面对铜绿微囊藻的生长影响进行综述,探究影响微囊藻生长的重要因子,为铜绿微囊藻水华的预防与治理提供理论依据。
Microcystis aeruginosa is the most common algal bloom in freshwater ecosystems,which can cause harm to fisheries and ecological environment through physical or chemical means such as oxygen consumption and odor release.Microcystin produced by the algae acts as a liver toxin on organisms,causing liver damage and even liver cancer,seriously threatening aquatic animals and human health.In this paper,the influence of algae growth important factors are explored from the abiotic factors(light,temperature,pH,trace elements,etc.)and biological factors(plants,microorganisms,etc.)two generous facing the patina of algal growth effect was summarized.To explore the important factors affecting the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa,and provide theoretical basis for the prevention and management of Microcystis aeruginosa blooms.
