救生衣国内外标准的对比研究

Comparative Study on the Lifejacket Standards at Home and Abroad

文中以救生衣为研究对象,选取IMO、ISO、欧盟、美国和日本等国际组织和国家的相关标准进行对比分析,从宏观上对比救生衣产品国内外监管体制、标准化工作机制和标准体系建设情况,从细节上对比救生衣国内外标准主要的安全技术指标。结果表明,我国救生衣标准大部分等同于IMO标准,但是更新速度远远落后于国外标准,不利于救生衣产品的发展。通过本文的研究,期望能为标准的执行者和产品的研发者提供参考,助力救生衣产品的进一步发展。

In order to research the lifejacket standards at home and abroad, IMO, ISO,EU,USA and Japan were chosen. While the supervision system, standardization work mechanism and standard system construction of the lifejacket were be compared, the main safety technical indicators of the lifejacket were be analyzed. The results show that most of the lifejacket standards in China are the same as IMO standards, but the update speed is far behind that of foreign standards, which is not conducive to the development of lifejacket products. It is expected to provide reference for the standard executor and product developer, and help the further development of lifejacket products by the research.
