摘要
设计一种可干燥丝绸、毛绒、皮革、鞋类等热敏衣物的太阳能辅助气扫式膜蒸馏再生除湿溶液型热敏衣物干燥装置,具有能耗低、成本低、除湿溶液再生无损耗等特点。在介绍其原理和特点的基础上,给出装置的特性方程,计算分析装置的除湿能耗比和除湿溶液浓缩速率与除湿溶液出干衣室质量浓度、除湿溶液进膜组件温度、除湿溶液进出干衣室温度等关键参数的变化规律。结果表明,在基准工况参数下,装置的干衣能耗约为常规型干衣机的1/7。
In this paper,a solar-assisted air-sweep membrane distillation regeneration dehumidification solution type thermosensitive clothing drying device for drying silk,plush,leather,footwear and other thermosensitive clothing is designed,which has the advantages of low energy consumption,low cost and no loss in the regeneration of dehumidification solution.Based on introduction to its principle and characteristics,the characteristic equation of the device is given.The changes of specific moisture extraction rate(SMER)and dehumidification solution concentration rate with key parameters such as mass concentration of dehumidification solution out of drying room,temperature of dehumidification solution into membrane module and temperature of dehumidification solution entering and leaving drying room are calculated and analyzed.The results show that under basic working conditions,the energy consumption of the device is about 1/7 of that of the conventional clothes dryer.
