摘要
为加强山西省高速公路安全应急管理工作,实现高速公路风险管控、隐患治理和突发事件处置的信息化、自动化和智能化,从高速公路安全应急管理系统建设的需求分析、技术架构、功能设计三方面进行分析与研究,实现关键场所信息化管理、监测预警、隐患治理、应急值守、指挥调度、应急资源管理、信息发布、应急评估、统计分析、应急演练等功能,可为山西省高速公路安全应急管理工作提供强有力的技术支撑。
In order to improve the safety emergency management of Shanxi provincial expressways, and realize the informatization, automation and intelligence of risk control, hidden danger control and emergency management of expressways, this paper analyzed and studied the establishment of the expressway safety emergency management system from three aspects of requirement analysis, technical framework and function design, so as to achieve the functions such as information management for key places, monitoring and early warning, hidden danger control, etc., which can provide a strong technical support for the safety emergency management of Shanxi provincial expressways.
