公路工程EPC项目中的成本控制问题研究

Research on Cost Control in EPC Project of Highway Engineering

公路工程EPC总承包模式实现了设计、采购及施工三大环节的一体化运行,极大地提高了项目执行效率;为了进一步推进公路工程EPC项目降本增效进程,以公路工程EPC项目成本控制为研究对象,基于成本控制理论,采用AHP法对项目成本影响因素进行了量化研究,并结合研究成果对成本控制提出了具体的措施建议。

The EPC model of highway engineering realizes the integrated operation of design,procurement and construction,and greatly improves the efficiency of project execution.In order to further promote the process of cost reduction and efficiency increase of highway EPC project,this paper focused on the cost control of EPC project.According to the cost control theory,the quantitative research of the influencing factors of project cost was carried out by AHP method.And based on the research results,specific measures and suggestions were put forward for cost control.
