摘要
随着大数据、物联网、云计算等新一代信息技术的飞速发展,智慧博物馆建设成为必然趋势。"智慧"的核心是数据,博物馆通过对观众数据采集治理、标签分类设定、数据挖掘分析等,初步为观众构建画像,深入洞察观众需求,以个性化服务提升观众体验,逐步实现博物馆服务由粗放式向精准化转型。文章基于中国国家博物馆的实践案例,探讨构建观众画像的意义及路径,并在此基础上对博物馆观众服务进行了思考、总结和展望。
With the rapid development of the big data,internet of things,cloud computing and some other new-generation information technologies,the construction of smart museum has become an inevitable trend.The core of the“smart”is data.Through the collection and management of visitor data,setting label of classifying the visitors,and data mining and analysis,the museum preliminarily constructs a portrait for the visitors to understand the visitor needs thoroughly and improve visiting experience with personalized services,gradually realizing the transformation of the museum service from extensive type to precise type.Based on the practical case of National Museum of China,the author discusses the significance and path of constructing the visitor portrait and thinks deeply about its prospect.
