摘要 研究一种基于激光位移传感器实现电动牙刷振动测量的方法,并搭建了测试系统实现电动牙刷产品振动频率参数的测量,通过与LED频闪仪测试方法进行对比分析,验证了本文方法的可行性和准确性。本方法利用激光位移传感器的三角形测量法原理,具有较高的测量精度和良好的检测重复性。 A method of vibration measurement for electrically powered toothbrush based on laser displacement sensorfor electrically powered toothbrush was studied,and the system was built to measure the vibration frequency parameters of electrically powered toothbrushproducts.The feasibility and accuracy of this method was verified by comparison with the test method of LED stroboscope.This method utilizes the triangle measurement principle of laser displacement sensor,and the measurement accuracy and detection repeatabilityis better.
