基于蒸汽喷入锅体的蒸汽电饭煲能效测试方法的研究

Research on the Energy Efficiency Test Method of Steam Rice Cooker Based on Steam Spraying into the Pot

本文通过对新型蒸汽电饭煲的电气原理和结构进行分析,并对现行电饭锅能效标准GB 12021.6-2017的热效率试验方法进行解读,在选取的几款蒸汽电饭煲上进行热效率模拟测试,最终确定了蒸汽电饭煲内部温度分布情况和热效率的测试方法。

This paper analyses the electrical principle and structure of the rice cooker,and interprets the heat efficiency test method of the current rice cooker energy efficiency standard GB 12021.6-2017.The heat efficiency simulation test is performed on several selected steam rice cookers.Finally,the internal temperature distribution and thermal efficiency test methods of the steam rice cooker are determined.
