Research on Conformity Assessment of Human-System Interaction Experience for New Household Appliances

本文主要是对新型家用电器产品,开展人机交互体验合格评定技术的研究。结合国外人机交互的相关标准BS EN ISO 9241-210:2010 、BS EN ISO 9241-110:2020,确定新型家用电器产品人机交互系统设计的七个原则:适合用户任务、自我描述、符合用户期望、易学性、可控性、使用错误的可识别性、用户参与度。

This article is mainly to conduct research on Human-System Interaction experience conformity assessment technology for new household appliances products.Combined with the relevant foreign human-computer interaction standards BS EN ISO 9241-210:2010 and BS EN ISO 9241-110:2020,the seven principles of Human-System interaction system design for new household appliances are determined:Suitability for the user’s tasks,Self-descriptiveness,Conformity with user expectations,Learnability,controllability,Use error robustness and User engagement.
